When you choose a Realtor to work for you, it is critical that you know who that person is, to know their background and experience, and what he or she will accomplish for you, how, when and where. So, here's my story...
Before I became a Realtor, I worked in corporate America as an Operations Manager for IBM and then years later as a Credit Supervisor for Coca-Cola Enterprises in Providence. During my journey (while always working for someone else) it became my passion to become a Realtor. I wanted to work for myself where dedication and hard work would be of benefit to my clients, my customers, and myself. The decision was an easy one: I love working with people, I love sales and the art of negotiating, and I love helping others to attain their dream of home ownership. So, when Coca-Cola announced the relocation of my department to Florida, I seized that moment to follow my dream!
Maybe you are a future home seller or home buyer? Why would you choose me? Because I protect you and your interests as a buyer and/or seller, negotiating the transaction, preparing the contracts, monitoring all of the time-sensitive requirements of the contracts to ensure a successful closing. I'm always available in person, via telephone, or e-mail. I am passionate about my work. I work tirelessly for you!
Before I continue with my story, first allow me to correct the words "I" and "me". Up until recently, I was working for you (my clients and customers) as a team of one...but the great news is that my daughter, Bonnie J. Carter, and I recently became a TEAM, and there is no "I" in team!
With Bonnie and I working for you as a team, you have two of the very best in the industry on YOUR team! We have the highest work ethic. With our team, you receive 2x's the dedication, 2x's the marketing skills, 2x's the enthusiasm and 2x's the sales skills. We also provide professional photographs of your home that will be dispersed on a countless number of websites...but that's Bonnie's story - which I'm sure she would love to share with you.
Are you ready to list or purchase a home? Please contact either of us, and>>>> tell US your story! Call or text me at 401.527.3969, or email firstname.lastname@example.org, or stop by our office located at 90 Pascoag Main St, Burrillville, RI 02859.

A desire to do something I love and that makes me happy is what brought me to real estate. Of course, a desire to work with my family, my niece Bonnie and my aunt Cindy, was factor since they were my realtors when I bought my home. But, more so, I’ve always had a love for homes and helping people. As a teenager, I fell in love with architecture and would lure friends to see open houses often with a story that my mom was getting married and we would need a bigger house.

My passion for real estate began as I was in the process of purchasing my first home. The many intricacies that made the process challenging also made the process both interesting and rewarding. I became enthralled as the transaction ran its course and I developed a keen understanding for all aspects related to the purchase. With the desire to become more involved in the residential real estate industry, I decided to become a licensed Realtor and share my passion with those of you looking to either buy or sell your homes.
