OFFICE LOCATION: we are located in historic Burrillville, RI @ 90 Pascoag Main St, Burrillville, RI 02859.

I not only work out of our Burrillville office, but am a proud resident of North Smithfield, RI. I have resided here here on and off over the past 20 years. 

A former member  on the Harrisville Fire Commission & Water board. 

Previously a full time wedding photographer for over 10 years at Bonnie Carter Photography and overjoyed to bring this skill to my listings and the listings of my Realtors. 

SERVICING: I am currently licensed as the broker/owner of 36d5 Realty in Rhode Island, Connecticut & Massachusetts. Concentrating in all aspects of Residential & Commercial Real Estate. Including, but not limited to: Buying, Selling & Leasing.

I have quite the obsession with land listings and investment properties both rehab necessary and turn-key. I work with several builders offering "build-to suit options for my land sellers and buyers as well as several investment clients that are always looking to buy multi-families throughout Rhode Island. 

I love finding the perfect property for the perfect buyer. Everything from someone who will give it the TLC that it needs or appreciates the perfect Tiny House, someone that is looking for 5+ acres for their kids or so they can raise their own chickens.

As a buyers agent I offer one on one showings coordinated in a tour, daily email communications with up to date listing information regarding your search and the knowledge and network to bring you the ability to buy along with the know-how and knowledge to help you find the right now.
